My Solution

My problem was providing a service for dog owners in the Gainesville area. The solution I believe would work in the technological savvy world nowadays is a dog walking service app. I believe this solution would work in the Gaiensville area as long as the application was promoted effectively so that the target audience of dog owners would know that this service was available for their mobile devices. Thus, one the audience is aware of the service they would be more likely to use it when they have the need for a dog walker in relation to not knowing about app. The key is awareness and effective marketing to be successful.
